1. Acceptance of Terms

Economician (“we,” “us,” or “the Company”) provides this website (www.economician.com, the “Site”) and its services subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must not use the Site. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms. Our services are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. You agree not to use the Site if you are under the age required by applicable law without parental consent.

Economician offers financial analysis tools, a web-based trading journal, and AI-powered market analysis (collectively, the “Services”). The Site allows users to track and analyze trades, record journal entries and trade logs, and receive market insights generated by artificial intelligence. Access to most Services requires creating an account and may require an active paid subscription. All payments are processed through third-party payment providers, and Economician does not collect or store your credit card, bank account, or other sensitive payment information. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method each billing period for the then-current fees.

If we are unable to successfully charge your payment method (for example, due to expired or invalid information), we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future billing, but fees already paid are non-refundable except as required by law. Any changes to subscription fees will be communicated to you in advance, and continued use after such changes will constitute your acceptance.

5. User-Generated Content

The Site may allow you to submit or post content such as journal entries, trade logs, comments, and other materials (collectively, “User Content”). You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant Economician a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display such content to provide and improve the Services. You agree that you are solely responsible for your User Content, and that it must not violate any laws or the rights of others. You will not submit content that is defamatory, abusive, harassing, hateful, obscene, or infringing on any third party’s intellectual property rights. Economician reserves the right, but is not obligated, to review, edit, or remove any User Content that we determine in our sole discretion to violate these Terms or to be otherwise objectionable. We do not guarantee the accuracy or quality of any User Content, and we disclaim any liability in connection with it.

• Infringe any intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party.

• Use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Site.
