Company History & Milestones
Founded in 1998 as Financial Intermarket Brokerage On-Line, FIBO Group quickly evolved into one of the early pioneers of online foreign exchange trading.
It launched online forex services in 2003 and expanded to CFD trading in 2004, rapidly gaining traction among retail and institutional clients.
By 2011, FIBO was among Russia’s top four forex brokers with approximately 35,000 active clients. The company has continued to innovate — introducing cryptocurrency derivatives in 2017, ranking among the top 20 global FX brokers by 2018, and expanding its global operations through new technology partnerships.
In 2025, FIBO voluntarily exited the CySEC-regulated market to streamline its global structure, marking more than 25 years of industry experience.
